We are seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with strong expertise in electrical systems to ensure smooth functioning of plant machinery and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for both preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems within the plant.
Position: Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Department: Maintenance / Production
Location: Thane
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in CNC machines, motors, control panels, drives, and automation systems.
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems including MCC panels, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and switchgear.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, logs, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical compliance regulations.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.
- Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements.
- Handle utilities such as compressors, pumps, and other essential plant equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3–6 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial plants
2. Additional Requirement: Data Annotation Role (3 Candidates)
Duration: Approximately 5 months (Trainee)
Salary: stipend will be decided based on candidate’s interview.
Job Requirement:
- Data annotation for engineering drawings.
- Candidates must be familiar with engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in computer usage (MS Office, Word, etc.) is essential.
