Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in student coordination, event management, or academic administration. Candidates preferred from the Education and Higher Education sectors only.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), basic AI tools and Experience with HCM/ERP portals.
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students and faculty.
Competencies
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
