Job Summary
Diligence Certifications is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Technical Sales Engineers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are interested in technical sales, client relationship management, and business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's certification and compliance services while building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable certification and compliance solutions.
- Promote company services related to BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, CE, and other certification services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, certification requirements, and market developments.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates from Computer Science/IT are not eligible.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates residing in Delhi or Noida will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Details
Location: Noida Sector 63, H Block
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
