About the Role
CEECO International is seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Head – Online & Offline to lead the organization’s strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen brand positioning across Kerala and key target markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive market expansion, and create a consistent brand experience across both online and offline channels. This leadership role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, brand-building expertise, campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Building
Ø Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's vision, objectives, and growth plans.
Ø Strengthen and elevate the CEECO International brand through innovative branding initiatives and communication strategies.
Ø Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visibility across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Ø Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Ø Develop and execute annual marketing plans and branding roadmaps.
Online & Offline Marketing Management
Ø Plan, manage, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, media, and promotional platforms.
Ø Coordinate content, creative, and communication activities to maximize audience engagement and brand awareness.
Ø Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets and resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Ø Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance brand impact and market reach.
Events, Outreach & Public Relations
Ø Lead the planning and execution of education fairs, seminars, institutional partnerships, outreach programs, and promotional events.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, vendors, schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.
Ø Support public relations, corporate communications, and reputation management initiatives.
Ø Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Ø Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing, creative, and promotional teams.
Ø Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the department.
Ø Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
Ø Present marketing strategies, performance reports, market insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
✔ 5–7 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Corporate Communications, or Strategic Marketing
✔ Minimum 2–4 years of leadership or team management experience
✔ Strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, campaign planning, and market development
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience in Education, Study Abroad, EdTech, or Service Industry will be an added advantage
✔ Willingness to travel across Kerala for marketing initiatives, events, and business engagements
