Responsibilities/Job Description:
· Identify potential channel partners (real estate brokers, agents, and agencies)
· Conduct induction/orientation for new channel partners.
· Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with existing channel partners.
· Resolve queries and provide ongoing support.
· Assist partners in closing deals by providing property information, brochures, pricing details, etc.
· Conduct site visits and walkthroughs for partners and their clients.
· Share regular project updates and incentive schemes.
· Share MIS reports and insights with management.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· 8-10 years in channel sales or partner recruitment, mandatory in real estate
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
· Knowledge of local real estate market and broker networks.
· Target-driven and team-oriented mind set.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
