Minkasu, Inc. an innovative mobile payments company based in Silicon Valley, California, USA, is looking for a Director, Services to lead our services team in India. MinkasuPay is the first biometric authentication solution for India. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in defining and driving the adoption and usage of our mobile payments solution with our banking partners and merchants. You will be leading a team of service engineers responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding and operations of different components of the solution, through the creation and execution of streamlined and efficient processes. Responsibilities
- Manage the entire integration process, upgrades, and ongoing operations of our banking partners (technical guidance and support, best practices education, integration testing, error diagnostics and resolution etc.) with our:
- Transaction processing platform
- Bank dashboard & Billing system
- Manage the entire integration process, upgrades, and ongoing operations of our merchants (technical guidance and support, best practices education, integration testing, error diagnostics and resolution etc.) with our:
- Minkasu 2FA SDK for Android
- Minkasu 2FA SDK for iOS
- Merchant dashboard & Billing system
- Onsite travel to bank / merchant locations, as and when required
- Present reports and plans to senior management as required
- Hiring, training, and maintaining a rock star services team
Desired Skills/Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or relevant field, with a background in payments and security
- 10+ years experience in payments services:
- 5+ years experience managing payments service teams
- 5+ years experience integrating/supporting payments software
- Experience customizing core net banking systems such as InfoSys / EdgeVerve Finacle and Oracle / iFlex Flexcube
- Experience customizing debit / credit card Access Control Servers (ACS) such as Wibmo / EnStage and CA Technologies / Arcot
- Working knowledge of EMV 3DS 1.0 and 2.0
- Experience developing, integrating, or testing Android and iOS SDKs
- Understanding of one or more of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML / XML, Node.js, Android, Objective-C, Swift
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with
partners and customers
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
