Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tibco Developer with strong expertise in enterprise integration, middleware technologies, and API development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks, while integrating enterprise applications through SOAP/REST APIs and SAP IDOCs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks and related Tibco products.
- Develop, consume, and maintain SOAP and REST APIs.
- Build and support integrations with SAP IDOCs and SAP Adapters.
- Develop scalable and reliable middleware solutions following enterprise integration best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and APIs.
- Ensure integration solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Tibco Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tibco BusinessWorks and related Tibco integration tools.
- Experience developing and consuming SOAP and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with SAP IDOCs and SAP Adapters.
- Knowledge of RV Substation Mainframes Integration.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and middleware concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Apigee API Gateway.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based Integration Solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automated deployment processes.
