Role Overview:
At Vackadoo, we believe every frame carries a story. We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Video Editor to join our creative team full-time. In this role, you’ll work on a wide spectrum of projects, ranging from social media content and brand campaigns to internal communications and event videos. You’ll be part of a fast-paced offline environment where collaboration, creativity, and consistency are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit engaging videos for social platforms, campaigns, events, and internal use.
- Perform trimming, sequencing, color correction, audio syncing, and clean final exports.
- Ensure all outputs reflect clarity, strong pacing, and visual appeal.
Content Adaptation
- Reformat content for different platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Incorporate feedback with consistency and uphold quality across versions.
Creative Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to align on creative direction.
- Collaborate closely with content strategists and designers to ensure visual and tonal consistency.
- Contribute editing suggestions or references that elevate the final product.
File Organization
- Maintain organized folders for raw footage, project files, and final exports.
- Follow internal naming conventions and file systems for smooth handovers.
Delivery
- Export videos in multiple formats, sizes, and aspect ratios tailored to platform requirements.
- Ensure all final outputs meet Vackadoo’s quality benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus), DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- A keen sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
- Basic knowledge of transitions, effects, and color grading.
- Reliable, deadline-oriented, and responsive to feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs precisely.
Eligibility:
- Open to candidates based in Delhi, available to work offline from the Vackadoo office.
- Applicants with an editing portfolio or prior experience will be prioritized.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
