Role Overview
As the first point of contact for our customers, the Front Office Executive plays a vital role in creating memorable experiences. From handling orders and queries to ensuring smooth front-desk operations, this role requires a blend of customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a professional and pleasant experience.
- Attend phone calls and handle customer orders with complete accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage order slips and coordinate with baking and decorating teams for timely fulfillment.
- Regularly check emails and website for online orders, ensuring prompt action.
- Offer and sell Labonel’s product range with thorough knowledge of offerings.
- Handle queries and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Oversee counter readiness with tasting platters, carry bags, and stationery.
- Verify packed products before display or customer handover.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents and support branch reporting processes (e.g., daily reports, R-value, closing reports).
- Ensure customers are reminded via call or message an hour prior to order pick-up.
- Maintain updated customer contact details in systems (mobile and POSist POS).
- Monitor and support office expense tracking.
- Ensure ACs, lights, and fans are switched off during closing.
- Participate in training sessions as required by the Branch Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a front office, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Labonel’s product range (training will be provided) with the ability to explain offerings confidently.
- Attention to detail in handling orders, reports, and customer records.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Comfortable using POS systems, email, and basic office tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as per bakery operations.
