Your Role: The Play-Mitra
As a Mitra, you are the soul of our play areas. You dont just "watch" children; you engage with them on their level, guiding them through a world of analog exploration while ensuring a safe and premium experience for every family.
Your Responsibilities:
- Area Leadership: Supervising your assigned play zone with a sharp eye for safety, cleanliness, and the quality of play.
- Authentic Interaction: Engaging and communicating with children (3 - 10 years) at eye level, acting as a friend and guide.
- Philosophy in Action: Explaining and motivating children to explore our high-end play equipment (Lego, Italtrike, etc.) according to the MowgliKinderland spirit.
- Guest Relations: Professional and warm communication with parents in your area.
- Hands-on Standards: Actively ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
- Supportive Spirit: Helping out at the Snack Bar or the Check-In counter whenever the team needs you.

- The Child Within: You have a high affinity for children and their needs. You are a real "Mitra" at heart. Experience is a plus, but your attitude is what matters most!
- A Real Mitra: You are empathetic and guide children through positive encouragement. You only use authority in exceptional safety situations.
- "Just Do It" Mentality: You have a strong hands-on spirit. You take pride in keeping your area clean and high-quality.
- Team Player: You love working in a team and are happy to support other areas like the Snack Bar or Check-In when needed.
- Service Mindset: You have a high sense of quality and a service-oriented heart.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Kannada.

The Details
- Location: KHB Colony, Basaveshwaranagar, 560079 Bangalore.
- Project Launch: July 2026h
- Expected Joining: Mid-June / July 2026
- Work Days: 6 days a week (Mon-Sun, one rolling day off).
- Work Hours: 14:00h – 21:00h on weekdays, Weekends start at 9:00h or 14:00h
- Salary: 15,000 – 22,000 (based on experience and mindset) with additional performance perks
