Homedge Interior Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Sales & Design Executive who can blend design thinking with strong sales skills to deliver a world-class customer experience at our Experience Centre in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, engage, and convert showroom walk-ins into confirmed sales while achieving monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct client consultations to understand requirements and develop customised furniture & interior solutions
- Prepare 2D layouts and 3D renders using AutoCAD & SketchUp for client presentations and approvals
- Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and proposals, and drive negotiation to closure
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with architects, designers, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for a premium customer experience
- Maintain accurate sales/project records and coordinate with Design, Operations, and Production teams
Key Result Areas
- Showroom & Walk-In Sales: Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of walk-ins and enquiries converted to confirmed orders
- Client Satisfaction: Positive client feedback, referrals, and repeat business
- Design Delivery: Timely and accurate preparation of 2D/3D drawings and layouts
- Quotation Accuracy: Accurate, complete, and on-time proposal submission
- Follow-Up Efficiency: Timely follow-up on all open enquiries and quotations
- CRM & Reporting: Up-to-date records and on-time submission of reports

Requirement
- 3–5 years of experience in the Interior Design or Furniture industry, preferably in a showroom sales environment.
- Proven sales ability — track record of converting walk-ins and enquiries into confirmed orders, managing the complete sales cycle from first contact to closure.
- Client management skills — experienced in handling multiple clients simultaneously across consultation, design, negotiation, and project completion stages.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field
- AutoCAD & SketchUp proficiency — able to independently produce accurate 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D renders for client presentations.
- Design & product knowledge — working understanding of furniture materials, finishes, fittings, interior design principles, and ability to read architectural drawings and site plans.
- Quotation & commercial aptitude — experienced in preparing BOQs, quotations, and proposals with accuracy and within timelines.
- Comfortable with Excel and Word for documentation, reporting, and client communication support.
