We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating internal databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- GST Compliance: Assisting with GST-related documentation, filing, and basic reconciliation.
- Administrative Support: Handling routine office tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing digital records.
- Reporting: Preparing daily or weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Coordinating with different departments to ensure documentation is complete and processed on time.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Computer Literacy: Strong fundamental knowledge of operating systems, internet browsing, and email etiquette.
- Excel Proficiency: Ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and data formatting.
- GST Knowledge: A solid understanding of GST principles and basic compliance procedures.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
