Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals to join our EdTech team as a Program Guide – Organic. The role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, guiding them about our courses, and helping them make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents to explain courses and programs.
- Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries and marketing campaigns.
- Address queries related to courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling programs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and sales aptitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- HSC or Graduate qualification.
- Knowledge of any South Indian regional language will be an added advantage.
