About the Role
Dyneton, an authorized channel partner of Alibaba.com, is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist (BDS) to drive B2B sales and help Indian manufacturers, exporters, and SMEs expand their global business through Alibaba.com’s digital trade platform. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, consultative selling, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Promote Alibaba.com Gold Supplier (GGS) memberships and digital export solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable Alibaba.com packages.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
- Collaborate with service and onboarding teams to ensure customer success.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay updated on export trends, international trade opportunities, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, digital marketing, e-commerce, or export-related sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in field sales and consultative selling is preferred.
- Knowledge of exports, international trade, Alibaba.com, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
