Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – End-to-End Recruitment
Location: Mumbai (Bombay)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and drive our complete recruitment function. This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for building the hiring pipeline from scratch and managing end-to-end recruitment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and follow up for closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Work on employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Experience in end-to-end hiring (mandatory)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
