Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Executive with 3–6 years of experience in International Accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with UK, US, or Australian accounting processes and a strong understanding of end-to-end AR/AP operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare accounting reports.
- Coordinate with international clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in International Accounting (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in UK, US, or Australian accounting.
- Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes, invoicing, reconciliations, and payment cycles.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Candidates with only Indian accounting experience will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
