Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of security surveillance products, including CCTV systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler systems, Access Control Systems, can procure electronic product for manufacturing of fire alarm system networking accessories, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, cost optimization, inventory planning, and ensuring the timely procurement of quality materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for CCTV, Fire Alarm, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler system , Access Control, and related Electronic products.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and OEMs.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement to support project execution and customer delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and project teams to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Develop and implement cost-saving procurement strategies while maintaining product quality.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and pending materials to ensure timely receipt.
- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment processing.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, contracts, and documentation.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
- Stay updated on new security technologies, products, and market pricing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Electronic Security, CCTV, Fire Safety, or Low Voltage Systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler Systems, Access Control Systems, networking equipment, and related accessories.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and procurement documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
