Role Overview
The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of complex enterprise applications involving data processing, forecasting, and workflow-driven systems. The role requires strong expertise in functional testing, data validation, integration testing, and business workflow validation.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform end-to-end testing of application modules and workflows
· Validate business processes across multiple interconnected modules
· Execute smoke, SIT, regression, and exploratory testing
· Validate data accuracy and perform reconciliation across systems
· Test integration flows and ensure data consistency between systems
· Validate business rules, calculations, and hierarchical data structures
· Log, track, and manage defects across the lifecycle
· Support UAT and collaborate with business stakeholders
· Create and maintain test cases, reports, and traceability matrices
· Validate UI/UX behavior and user experience
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
· Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
· Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
· Experience in testing data-heavy applications
· Good knowledge of SQL for data validation
· Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, or ETL processes
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams
· Experience in testing validated systems, including regulated or compliance-driven environments
· Knowledge of clinical trials projects, processes, and related quality expectations
· Experience using AI-enabled tools or techniques to support test design, test execution, defect analysis, or quality improvement
· Good communication and documentation skills
· Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, ADO)

· High defect detection rate in pre-UAT phases
· Minimal defects leakage into production
· Accurate validation of complex data and calculations
· Timely test execution and defect closure
· Complete traceability across requirements, test cases, and defects
Nice-to-Have Skills
· Experience with enterprise or data-driven applications
· Exposure to forecasting, planning, or analytics systems
· Basic knowledge of test automatio
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
