AKF Life Style Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging ethnic fashion brand specializing in premium bridal wear, luxury sarees, and contemporary ethnic apparel. We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a positive office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings.
- Support HR and Administration with day-to-day office activities.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Assist employees with basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and maintain professional etiquette at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
