Prepares, cooks, and presents European and international dishes under the guidance of senior chefs
- Mise en Place: Wash, chop, slice, portion, and marinate ingredients before service.
- Food Preparation: Assist in cooking soups, sauces, salads, pasta, grills, breakfast items, and appetizers using standard recipes.
- Station Support: Help senior line cooks and the Chef de Partie (CDP) during busy service hours.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Clean workstations, equipment, and utensils while following food safety rules like HACCP.
- Stock Control: Rotate stock correctly (FIFO - First In, First Out) and report any food
