1] Handle customer queries and maintain accurate records.
2] Manage inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer concerns.
3] Coordinate and track new product introductions, quotations, attendance and ensuring proper record-keeping.
4] Support front office and administrative tasks.
5] Assist in general office administration and coordination task as required.
6] Support daily communication activities.
1] 1–3 years of experience as Receptionist/Front Office/Customer Service.
2] Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3] Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
4] Must have prior calling experience.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
