About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling hospital software solutions and medical devices to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, and healthcare institutions.
The role involves identifying potential customers, visiting hospitals and clinics, understanding their requirements, presenting ARCHLE Labs’ healthcare solutions, conducting product demonstrations, following up with prospects, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, customer communication, product explanation, lead generation, and meeting healthcare decision-makers such as doctors, clinic owners, hospital administrators, purchase managers, and biomedical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, and healthcare providers.
- Visit hospitals and clinics to present hospital software solutions and medical devices.
- Meet doctors, clinic owners, hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, purchase managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare software or device solutions.
- Conduct product demos and explain features, benefits, pricing, and use cases clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product demos, quotations, proposals, installation, training, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, sales pipeline, and closures.
- Track customer interactions using CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, or internal sales systems.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Support payment follow-ups and customer onboarding when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sell to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confidence to conduct field visits and meet senior decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of healthcare, hospital workflows, medical devices, or software products.
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple and convincing manner.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or sales tracking systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, healthcare sales, hospital software sales, medical device sales, pharma sales, or institutional sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to work in field sales may also apply.
- Prior experience selling to hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare institutions will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in HMIS sales or hospital management software sales.
- Experience selling healthcare software to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, or diagnostic centres.
- Understanding of hospital workflows such as registration, appointment management, billing, pharmacy, lab, EMR/EHR, patient records, and reporting.
- Medical device or diagnostic equipment sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Existing network with hospitals, clinics, doctors, administrators, or purchase departments.
