Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Counselor to assist patients throughout their healthcare journey. The Patient Counselor will provide guidance on treatment plans, financial counseling, insurance processes, appointment coordination, and patient support services to ensure a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and healthcare services.
- Explain hospital policies, costs, payment plans, and insurance coverage.
- Coordinate appointments, admissions, and follow-up visits.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, doctors, and hospital departments.
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Support patients with financial assistance programs when applicable.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
