Must know Adobe Photoshop. While we provide full training on our specific e-commerce systems and order processes, candidates must already know how to use Photoshop for basic image editing.Key Responsibilities
- Photo Editing (Primary): Edit, crop, and touch up product images using Adobe Photoshop to make them ready for online storefronts.
- Product Listing: Upload products and fill out descriptions on various online marketplaces/websites.
- Order Management: Process incoming online orders and coordinate packing/dispatch.
- Customer Support: Read and reply to customer messages and queries.
- Desktop Operations: Basic data entry and routine system work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Skill: Hands-on experience or practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is compulsory.
- Language: Must know English (ability to read, write, and confidently reply to customer messages).
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Both Freshers (who know Photoshop) and Experienced candidates are welcome.
Work Schedule & Location
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off.
- Job Location: Charkop, Kandivali (West), Mumbai. (Local candidates preferred).
