Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and record-keeping
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Handle payroll and related tax filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Coordinate office administration tasks, including supplies management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
