About the Role
Ridgetop Dental International is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive Interns to support our patient acquisition and engagement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in healthcare business development, lead management, patient communication, and CRM reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with marketing leads generated through website, social media, Google Ads, and other marketing channels.
- Contact prospective patients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and treatment consultations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing patients.
- Update and manage patient records in CRM systems.
- Track lead status and conversion progress accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion reports.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient scheduling.
- Assist in improving patient engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle patient interactions professionally and empathetically.
