- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls, send cold emails, and leverage social platforms to identify key decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients to understand their needs, budget, and pain points before moving them further down the sales funnel.
- Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling virtual presentations and product walkthroughs highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Pipeline Management: Track all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales stages within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Negotiation & Closing: Overcome objections, negotiate pricing/contract terms, and drive the deal through to closure.
- Account Management: Upsell, cross-sell, and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and recurring revenue.
