Baked is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets, ensure operational excellence, drive sales growth, and lead recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing teams, improving profitability, and building a strong workforce across all locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee daily operations of all assigned Baked outlets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and operational policies.
- Monitor store performance, sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure proper inventory management and minimize wastage.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure proper staffing levels across all locations.
- Handle employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for store staff, supervisors, store in-charges, and other operational positions.
- Coordinate with HR to identify manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees.
- Ensure timely replacement hiring to maintain smooth operations.
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Implement local marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality.
Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor labor costs, operational expenses, and store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report key operational metrics and business insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or related field.
- 1 -2 years of experience in retail, QSR, café, bakery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple locations and leading teams.
- Experience in recruitment and workforce planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
