Job Summary
We are looking for manage end-to-end recruitment, time office operations, payroll support, and employee records. The candidate will coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Complete joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Time Office Operations
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Monitor shift schedules, overtime, and attendance discrepancies.
- Generate daily and monthly attendance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance policies.
Payroll Support
- Prepare payroll inputs based on attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
- Maintain employee salary and payroll records.
- Assist in resolving payroll-related queries.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Recruitment, Attendance Management, and Payroll.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
