In-House Jewellery Designer

About the Role
ADAIA is looking for a passionate and creative Jewellery Designer to join our growing team. If you love designing contemporary fine jewellery, have an eye for detail, and enjoy turning ideas into beautiful, wearable pieces, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work closely with our founders, production team, and CAD designers to create collections that reflect ADAIA's modern luxury aesthetic.
Responsibilities
- Design original fine jewellery collections, including rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, and necklaces.
- Create concept sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Develop trend-led and timeless designs while maintaining ADAIA's brand identity.
- Work closely with CAD designers to ensure designs are production-ready.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Research global jewellery, fashion, and luxury trends to develop new collections.
- Create custom jewellery designs based on client requirements.
- Review prototypes and make design refinements before production.
- Maintain organised design archives and collection documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in jewellery design.
- Strong hand sketching and conceptual design skills.
- Good understanding of gemstone placement, proportions, manufacturing processes, and jewellery construction.
- Knowledge of CAD workflows (Matrix, Rhino, JewelCAD, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing original jewellery designs is mandatory.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience in luxury, bridal, or fine jewellery.
- Understand current global jewellery and fashion trends.
- Have experience working with lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones.
- Can contribute ideas for seasonal collections and bespoke creations.

Salary: Based on experience and portfolio.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
