- Conduct swimming classes and coaching sessions for hotel guests, including beginners and intermediate swimmers.
- Ensure the safety of all guests using the swimming pool.
- Monitor pool activities and respond promptly to any safety concerns or emergencies.
- Provide proper guidance on swimming techniques, strokes, breathing, and water confidence.
- Conduct swimming lessons for children and adults as required.
- Demonstrate and enforce hotel swimming pool rules and safety guidelines.
- Maintain constant supervision of the pool area during operating hours.
- Check poolside equipment and report any damaged or unsafe equipment to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with the Engineering/Housekeeping team regarding pool cleanliness, maintenance, and safety requirements.
- Maintain basic records of swimming classes and guest participation, if required.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all hotel guests.
- Assist with basic first-aid and emergency procedures when required.
- Ensure the swimming pool area is clean, safe, organized, and guest-ready.
- Participate in hotel safety training and emergency drills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
