What You'll Do
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build strong relationships with learners by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Ensure every customer receives quick responses without compromising on quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve learner issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Assist learners throughout their journey—from enquiry to post-purchase support.
- Keep conversations well-organized and ensure no customer query is missed.
- Contribute towards improving customer satisfaction and learner retention.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
