Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Generate leads through walk-ins, online portals, brokers, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build relationships with startup founders, SMEs, and corporate decision makers.
- Work closely with real estate brokers and channel partners.
2. Sales & Conversion
- Conduct workspace tours and presentations for potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable office solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities (additional seats, meeting rooms, managed offices).
4. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor pricing, occupancy levels, and offers in the market.
- Provide insights on demand trends in coworking and flexible offices.
5. Sales Reporting
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or sales tracker.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in coworking, commercial real estate, or office leasing sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable doing client meetings and workspace tours.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Bangalore office markets is a plus.
