About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Fardoons Bakery outlet. The candidate will assist in team handling, sales, inventory, customer service, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily outlet operations.
- Supervise and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checking, wastage control, and product availability.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, production, and service teams.
- Ensure proper food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Assist in training new employees on company SOPs and customer-service standards.
- Support proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Maintain daily operational reports and records.
- Assist in controlling operational costs and minimizing wastage.
- Support the Outlet Manager in resolving operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food-safety guidelines.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Bakery, Café, Restaurant, QSR, or Food & Beverage operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong team coordination and leadership abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must be ready to work with Fardoons Bakery.
