Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecaller – Admissions to manage admission enquiries and convert prospective parent leads into school walk-ins. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to build trust with parents while effectively promoting the school's academic offerings and facilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Calling & Follow-up
- Contact prospective parents generated through digital campaigns, websites, social media, referrals, and other admission sources.
- Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads to understand their admission requirements.
- Qualify leads and maintain updated records in the CRM or admission management system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested parents until they visit the school.
Walk-in Conversion
- Convert admission enquiries into confirmed school visit appointments.
- Schedule and coordinate walk-ins with the Admissions Counsellor or Branch Team.
- Send reminders and confirmations to ensure maximum walk-in attendance.
- Re-engage parents who miss appointments and reschedule visits.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team regarding scheduled walk-ins and counselling sessions.
- Update daily call logs, follow-up status, and appointment details in the CRM.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and conversions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
