Elevanta Nexus Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and sales-oriented Auto Parts Upsales Executives for our US Process. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories while maximizing sales through effective upselling and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
Recommend and upsell automotive parts, accessories, and related products.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and order records in the CRM.
Deliver excellent customer service while following company policies and quality standards.
Eligibility
Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Experience in International BPO, Auto Parts, or Sales is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
