Job Title: RCM Team Leader
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic RCM Team Lead to manage end-to-end voice and non-voice BPO operations in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, team management, denial management, handling client execrations, productivity, quality, and process improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end RCM operations including billing, claims, denials, AR follow-up, and payment posting.
- Handle voice and non-voice process operations efficiently.
- Lead and manage the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, SLA, and TAT.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle client calls, escalations, and operational reporting.
- Ensure process compliance and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and performance trackers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow management.
- Drive process improvements and support business requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM process.
- Experience in voice and non-voice BPO operations.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience: Team Handling Experience in RCM Domain (as the same in paper)
Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period flexibility
