About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bids & Contracts Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering and contract management process for Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure projects. The role involves identifying business opportunities, preparing techno-commercial bids, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and identify EV-related tenders through government and private procurement portals.
Analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids within defined timelines.
Coordinate with engineering, costing, finance, legal, procurement, and business development teams for bid preparation.
Prepare pre-qualification (PQ) documents, compliance statements, and bid documentation.
Manage bid submissions through e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, state procurement portals, and utility portals.
Review and draft contracts, agreements, NDAs, and amendments in coordination with the legal team.
Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Maintain a repository of bids, contracts, bank guarantees, EMDs, and performance securities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
