The ideal candidate should should be Graduate and has 10 to 15 years of rick experience in FMCG product sale (Tea packet) and has good hold in Chennai market. Age 35 to 45 years.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals with creation of new distributor.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and achieve sales target.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of the salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Increase chennai market share
- Any other assignment allotted to you from time to time.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
