Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Admin Executive who can efficiently manage administrative operations, employee communication, data management, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable working with Google Sheets and other digital tools, and be capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination.
- Handle internal and external communication professionally through emails, calls, and messaging platforms.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and databases using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational and administrative requirements.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation as required.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company records and administrative documents.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Utilize digital tools and software for process management and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Office Coordination, or Executive Support roles.
- Experience in handling reports, data management, and employee coordination.
