You’ll make a difference by:

Drives and monitors Project quality KPI measures along the customer quality requirements.

Maintain set quality control systems at project in line with the requirements of PM@siemens.

Creates transparent and open environment for quality culture together with Project team and QMIP.

Gives guidance that quality risks are identified promptly at projects are considered and controlled throughout the project lifecycle and the use of the Quality Management system.

Performs final inspections/ FAI/FATs of finished products, cabinets, installations to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards.

Actively participate project reviews and support projects for completion of milestones in tool.

Monitor the closure of Customer complaint management and support team for quality improvement.

Support to perform root cause analysis for failures in systematic process to identify and implement the improvement actions.

Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive corrective actions.

Collaborate with production, Projects and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Visits suppliers’ premises for the monitoring manufacturing quality of products.

Document and report non-conformances, initiate corrective and improvement actions.

Escalates quality topics to the management for early resolutions.

Support incoming material inspection and FAI for vendor quality assurance.

Participate in internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO 9001, customer audits).

Creates real-time transparency for ad-hoc analysis, installation inspection plans, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement. Maintain and update inspection checklists, work instructions, and quality documentation.

Coordinates with all functions to collect lessons learned for improvement of the system.

Train production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and defect identification.
Your success is grounded in:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, or related field).

2–4 years of experience in a project quality role, preferably in electronics or PCBA manufacturing and interlocking projects

Strong understanding of IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610), project lifecycle and customer service requirements.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Proficient in data analysis, root cause analysis, and quality reporting.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
