Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Finance Executive to manage financial operations related to online sales platforms and digital marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for reconciliation, financial reporting, payment tracking, GST compliance, and marketplace accounting across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions for e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Reconcile marketplace settlements, payments, returns, refunds, and deductions
- Monitor daily sales reports and payment receipts
- Handle GST invoicing, tax calculations, and statutory compliance
- Prepare MIS reports, revenue analysis, and profit/loss statements
- Track commissions, marketplace fees, advertising costs, and chargebacks
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for inventory and order reconciliation
- Maintain accounting records in Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems
- Process vendor payments and expense entries
- Assist in audits, financial closing, and monthly reporting activities
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Experience in e-commerce accounting or finance operations
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, Zoho Books, or accounting software
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to manage large transaction volumes efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, or similar marketplaces
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory accounting
