Position Title: Software Developer - Enterprise / Web based Applications Development.
Position Description: This is an individual contributor position, accountable for software design, development and testing using various software technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Participate in software architecture and design discussions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Convert business requirements, user stories, and application workflows into robust and efficient software solutions.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and high-performance code using .NET technologies and React.js.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness across different platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders as required.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in web application development using .NET technologies and React.js/Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in backend development with SQL Server (2014 or later) and PostgreSQL.
- Solid experience with VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Core, and Web Forms.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, JIRA, GitHub, and version control practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong expertise in ASP.NET Core and/or React.js/Node.js.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
