Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Software Sales Executive to promote and sell our software products and IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding business requirements, and presenting suitable software solutions.
This role requires frequent field visits, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Visit prospective clients across assigned territories and conduct product demonstrations.
- Promote our products and services, including HRMS, Website Development, Mobile Applications, and Custom Software Solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills
- Experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Software Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain software products and IT services.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Excellent relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Prior experience in Software Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP, CRM, HRMS, or Digital Services sales will be an added advantage.
- Ability to learn new technologies and business solutions quickly.
