As a Senior Process Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless business operations, maintaining service quality, and supporting process optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior associates, and contribute to achieving organizational goals through operational excellence and customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage daily business processes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process optimization initiatives.
- Review workflows to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and present performance metrics to management.
- Resolve complex process-related issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve business operations.
- Support process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge management initiatives.
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Train, mentor, and support junior Process Associates to promote operational excellence.
- Participate in process transition, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies where applicable.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Process Operations, Shared Services, BPO, KPO, Customer Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business process management, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
- Experience working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and business applications or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in shared services, finance operations, customer support, procurement operations, or back-office operations.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, or automation tools.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications.
- Experience working in Agile or continuous improvement environments is an advantage.
