- Supervise daily production operations and ensure adherence to production plans.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the stipulated timelines.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and hygiene practices.
- Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Procurement teams for smooth production.
- Monitor machine utilization and report any breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Minimize production losses, wastage, and downtime.
- Maintain daily production reports and documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
- Train and guide production staff on SOPs and safety procedures.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
