Job Description – Customer Service (Import & Export)
- Handle end-to-end coordination of import and export shipments.
- Provide timely updates to customers and ensure high service quality.
- Maintain shipment data and records accurately in Logisys software.
- Coordinate with agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Verify shipment documents (AWB/BL, invoice, packing list) and ensure compliance.
- Follow up on shipment status and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Ensure proper pre-alerts, documentation, and delivery processes.
- Monitor job profitability and close jobs in the system.
- Possess good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
