Education: Any degree; Strong knowledge of XML/HTML, DTD, XSD,XSLT & ePub 3.0, Oxygen XML, InDesign, Sigil, Epsilon & Publishing standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Convert source files (PDF, Word, XML) into EPUB/ePUB3 format
- Validate EPUB files using standard tools (ePubCheck, FlightDeck, etc.)
- Perform basic quality checks and formatting corrections
- Understand and follow project-specific guidelines and turnaround times (TAT)
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of XML/HTML, DTD, XSD,XSLT & ePub 3.0
- Experience with Oxygen XML, InDesign, Sigil,Epsilon & Publishing standards
- Knowledge of Accessibility standards & Quality Assurance
- Experience in Workflow Automation (Python /Perl / Regex)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment
