Job Summary:
HR Manager will be responsible for managing end to end HR activities of the company. He/She will be searching, recruiting, training and motivating the employees and managing operational activities. He/She should become the connecting bridge between the management and employees.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Any Graduate OR Masters, preferably MBA in HR from a reputed university
- Min 5 to 8 years of experience as HR Generalist, of which at least 3 years must be as HR Manager in Jewellery /Retail industry
- Capable to handle an entire hiring cycle from recruiting to dismissing an employee
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Telugu, English and Hindi languages
- Must be competent with the Internet and all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Can work independently and in a team environment
- Effective time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and address HR needs in line with the company’s growth plans.
- Define organizational hierarchies with roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and on boarding.
- Develop and implement employee appraisal systems and clear job descriptions for all roles.
- Strategize to attract and retain top talent in the company.
- Identify training needs and design programs for skill development and compliance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster a positive work environment by organizing morale-building activities and addressing employee concerns.
- Mediate employee grievances and ensure fair resolutions.
- Draft and manage employment contracts, policies, and HR-related documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Implement and manage HR systems to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with Management to define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and propose recognition and reward programs.
- Generate HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making.
- Propose and execute strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
