What This Role Is About
Brave is building a new-age Indian consumer tech brand in a high-consideration category.
We’re looking for a young, analytical growth operator who wants to:
- Learn fast
- Run experiments
- Understand consumer psychology
- Work across channels
- Contribute beyond just “ads”
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is 2–3 years into their career
- Has worked in D2C / startup / performance marketing
- Is curious, structured, and eager to build systems
- Wants exposure across brand + product + growth
You will help us build our learning engine.
What You’ll Own
You’ll work across:
- Amazon Ads
- YouTube (paid + organic amplification)
- Meta
- Retargeting
- Basic funnel tracking
Your responsibilities:
- Set up and monitor campaigns
- Track performance and extract insights
- Run structured experiments (messaging, creatives, formats)
- Analyse drop-offs in funnel stages
- Work closely with Content and Product Marketing
- Help optimise PDPs and conversion points
- Present weekly learnings, not just numbers

Required Skills
- Strong analytical ability (Excel / Sheets mastery)
- Understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin
- Ability to interpret funnel data
- Experience running paid media
- Comfortable presenting insights
- Comfortable with numbers and ambiguity
- Curious about consumer behaviour
- Eager to take ownership
- Willing to work across functions (generalist mindset)
Bonus:
- Amazon Ads experience
- GA4 familiarity
- Experience in electronics / high-ticket categories
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Clear channel hypothesis framework in place
- Clean dashboards tied to business reality
- 3–5 validated messaging insights
- Improved CVR via explanation refinement
- Scalable acquisition model with defined guardrails
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
